Barron Hilton, 18, little brother of Paris Hilton, was caught in Malibu around 8:00am cruising down a road, weaving, and sometimes driving on the wrong side of the air. After he pulled over at a gas station a witness made him sit down on the bench until the police arrived about 30 minutes later. When they arrived he was breathalized at the station and blew a 0.14 percent blood-alcohol reading, which is almost double the state limit of 0.08 for 21 years old drivers.
