Billy Graham underwent surgery on Wednesday to update a device that drains fluid from his brain. He's in fair condition. In 2000 he had a system implanted in his brain to drain the fluid from his brain into his abdomen and it appears that a release valve was no longer working so he had to endure a 28 minute surgery to fix it.
