Shia LaBeouf Not Charged For DUI

Shia LaBeouf will not be charged for an accident that he was in a couple months ago. The accident flipped over his truck and badly injured his hand, which had some doubts on how it was going to affect his acting career as well as his current filming of Transformers 2. They had to rewrite most of Transformers 2 to work around his hand injury.

According to the LA District Attorney, there was insufficient evidence to charge Shia LaBeouf with drunken driving.

LaBeouf was arrested July 27 after an early morning crash that injured his hand and sent him to a hospital for several days. Sheriff's deputies said later that LaBeouf was not at fault in the accident, which occurred in West Hollywood.

The "Transformers" actor faces a traffic hearing with the Department of Motor Vehicles that could see his driver's license suspended for up to nine months, Los Angeles Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore said Thursday.

Clay Aiken Is Gay!

It might not be very surprising to some of you, it wasn't to me, but the new cover of People magazine shows a picture of Clay Aiken with his baby and has a fantastic headline of "Yes, I'm gay!". He finally came out of the closet after lots of speculation since he became America's Idol several years ago.

Simon Cowell says he isn't surprised about the event, and Hugh Heffner supports him for coming out, because this shows America is changing in accepting alternative lifestyles.

Clay Aiken's child was born on August 8th through artificial insemination with his record producer and good friend Jaymes Foster.

Lindsay Lohan Comes Out Of The Closet On Radio

The rumor that Lindsay Lohan has been dating and going out with Samanatha Ronson has just been confirmed by Lohan herself on a US radio show Loveline.

"You and Samantha, have been going out for how long now?" DJ Ted Stryker asked. "Like two years, one year, five months, two months?"

The actress, best known for Mean Girls and Freaky Friday, laughed as she replied: "For a very long time."

Samantha Ronson had called the show to talk about DJ AM, and former Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker, who are both in the hospital recovering from severe burns from a plane crash in South Carolina last weekend. After talking for a couple minutes she passed the phone onto her lady friend Lohan who also talked about she was scared when she heard about the crash. "It's very saddening, but thank God that the guys are alive. They have amazing guardian angels," the 22-year-old said.

She said the incident had made her think twice about flying on small private planes.

Sir Paul McCartney Playing In Israel

Former Beatle, Sir Paul McCartney has landed at the Ben Gurion airport a couple days ahead of his first show he's ever done in Israel.

Paul McCartney is scheduled to perform at Tel Aviv's Yarkon Park on Wednesday, and he might hold a news conference.

Paul McCartney says that he wants to bring "a message of peace and love" to the middle East. Protesters had asked him cancel the event due to Israel's occupation of the West Bank.

Jamie Lynn Spears Breast Feeding Photos Stolen

Someone has stolen and tried to sell, or distribute photos taken of Jamie Lynn Spears, Britney Spears, and her infant daughter Maddie while breastfeeding.

The baby's father Casey Aldridge had dropped the photos off at Wal-Mart to be developed and police suspect that someone from Wal-Mart took the photos and is trying to sell them.

Since Jamie Lynn is a minor selling the photos or buying them is a violation of federal laws prohibitiy child pornography. If the person is caught they could end up in federal prison.

Paris Hilton Denies Dogs Eaten By Coyote

Recently there has been a stir in the celebrity world about a story in which some of Paris Hilton's dogs had been left outside overnight and were eaten by coyotes.

According to Paris Hilton's rep, they deny that any of her dogs have been eaten and that all the dogs were at Paris' house in her recording studio, and were playing and looking as healthy and as happy as can be.

"Paris even had a doggie mansion built for them and it is very secured."

Kate Hudson Says, "Being Beautiful Is Weird"

Kate Husdon, the daughter of Goldie Hawn, definitely has the best side of the gene pool on her side, and she's also on the top of People Magazine's 25 Most Beautiful People list this year, she starting to get a little uncomfortable about being beautiful.

Taylor Swift, "Too Much Sex"

18-year-old country star is not holding back. She thinks the VMAs were a little too heavy on the sex.

“I think that there was a little too much sex being talked about instead of music,” Taylor told Pop Tarts at Sunday’s DVD premiere of “Another Cinderella Story." “But I think (host) Russell Brand is a great comedian and he’s funny. I think that the Jonas Brothers are the most professional people in the music industry — they laugh at themselves and know how to have fun regardless of whether they are being picked on throughout the entire show.”

She says that she's not a party girl, and so far she's been able to keep it on the down low, but lets wait until she gets a little older.

Her new album comes out November 11th, and she's written all of the songs, as well as co-produced it. Boys, love, and breakups are going to be a consistent theme with this record.

According to her desperate Housewives costar, Felicity Huffman says that Eva Longoria is not pregnant and is just fat.

For some time now rumors have been circulating that Eva Longoria Parker, 33, and her husband Tony Parker have been hard at work trying to make a baby.

This rumor came about due to Eva Longoria wearing a loose-fitting sundress over the summer, and a not so small bikini.

'Lost' Actor Charged for DUI

Daniel Dae Kim was found driving erratically in Honolulu on October 25th. He was found with a blood alcohol content level of .168, which is more than the state's legal limit.

He pleaded no contest at trial, and was scolded by the Distric Judge William Cardwell, "You need to understand that 0.168 is more that double the legal limit. It means you were seriously impaired," Cardwell said. "And it just cannot happen again. It's simply too dangerous."

"Believe me, sir, I do," Kim replied.

His license was revoked for 6 months, he was charged a fine of $212 in court fees, and got 72 hours of community service.

Kim just hopes to get this experience behind him.

Jaws Inspiration Dies

Frank Mundus, the legendary shark fisherman that inspired Peter Benchley to write Jaws, died because of a heart attack at The Queens Medical Center in Honolulu.

Frank Mundus was a popular shark hunter and conservator. He caught several sharks throughout his career, some of them reaching up to 5,000 pounds. The shark he caught that inspired Jaws was a 4,500 pound great white shark that he snagged with a harpoon in 1964. He's also caught a 17 foot long, 3,247 pound great white with a rod and reel.

Kanye West Arrested At Airport

Kanye West was arrested at the Los Angeles International Airport on Thursday morning for felony vandalism charges after a scuffle with the paparazzi.

It is reported that rapper-producer, Kanye West and Don Crowley (his road manager and body guard) allegedly grabbed two of the paparazzi's cameras, and after a struggle ended up smashing them on the floor.

CNN has a video of the scuffle, Watch Video. The one that is identified as Kanye West never shows his face, but it's hidden in the hood of a gray sweatshirt, while the other man, Crowley in a red sweatshirt smashes parts of the camera on the airport floor.

Tila Tequila Wants To Party With Amy Winehouse

"I wish Amy Winehouse was here — I really want to be friends with her," Tequila told Pop Tarts at MTV's Video Music Awards on Sunday. "I really want to hang out with her here in Hollywood."

This statement may seem like she wants to help Amy Winehouse on her path to a speedy rehab, and drug recovery period, but the 26-year-old reality show star says, "Oh no — I don’t want to help her," Tila said quickly. "I want to join her."

Matt Damon's Word On Sarah Palin

Matt Damon, the star of the Bourne movies, says that it's a high possibility that Palin could become president during McCain's first term if he wins.

He says, "It's like a really bad Disney movie," he said. "The hockey mom, you know, 'Oh, I'm just a hockey mom'... and she's facing down [Russian] President Putin... It's totally absurd... It's a really terrifying possibility."

Matt Damon also thinks that she was chosen solely for "political purposes" IE: to help McCain win the election.

Last month, the actor told Conde Nast Traveler he fears putting his foot in his mouth.

"For a lot of actors, our biggest fear is that we're going to start talking about things we don't fully understand and sound like idiots," he said. "In the long run, I'll do much more good if, when I open my mouth, I have something worth saying."

Taylor Swift Snubbed Out Of CMA Awards

Taylor Swift's album has sold 3,364,000, 1,121,000 of those albums have been sold this year. She's doing a good job of drawing the youth to country. She's had a good run of solid country singles, and is showing up on the country billboard and the disney radio billboard as well.

So why has she not been awarded Entertainer of the Year for the CMAs?

"So as the young woman who is basically leading the charge for country music’s success in tough times, why isn’t she up there for...oh, right, she hasn’t earned it."

Lindsay Lohan Helps Herself

According to Lindsay Lohan, who for the past couple of months has been dealing with a DUI conviction and rehab, she is the one that is responsible for any changes in her lifestyle that is ultimately leading her to become a better person.

She usually has Samantha Ronson at her beg and whim, but Lohan says that Sam is not responsible for any of her changes.

“(Samantha is) a great person,” Lohan said in the October issue of Marie Claire. “And she’s a great influence on people around her. But I think that anything that’s changed in my life is because of me. I’ve gone through it and I’ve had to deal with it and I’ve made the decision to move forward.”

Many of the changes that Loahn has actually undergone involves arriving at work on time, less time spent out partying, and she plans to buy a house with someone, instead of living in and out of hotels for years.

Joshua Jackson Of 'Dawson's Creek' Cheers Up Katie Holmes

Joshua Jackson from 'Dawson's Creek' decided to pay Katie Holmes a visit while she was busy rehearsing for her Broadway show, 'All My Sons'.

He decided to visit her after seeing several photos in which she seemed depressed. Joshua is afraid that Katie doesn't get to mingle with many people her age, because Tom Cruise, her husband, is about 16 years old than the 29-year-old actress.

Stephen Colbert's DNA Shot Into Space

In case of a world apocalypse, Stephen Colbert will live on. Not only in our hearts and souls, but also in the International Space Station as his DNA is going to be digitized and sent up there.

Video Game designer Richard Garriott will be the one taking Colbert's genes to the space station for an "Immortality Drive".

"I am thrilled to have my DNA shot into space, as this brings me one step closer to my lifelong dream of being the baby at the end of 2001," Colbert said in a statement, referring to the 1968 landmark science fiction film "2001: A Space Odyssey."

Garriott is one of the few citizens to travel into space, and he is collecting material for a human gene pool time capsule, that will display the history of humanity's greatest accomplishments and personal messages.

The host of "The Colbert Report" will essentially be preserved so that aliens can clone him.

"In the unlikely event that Earth and humanity are destroyed, mankind can be resurrected with Stephen Colbert's DNA," Garriott stated. "Is there a better person for us to turn to for this high-level responsibility?"

Jude Law Promoting Peace In Afghanistan

Jude Law, and director Jeremy Gilley are visiting Afghanistan to promote the annual day of Peace Day on September 21st, which is urging a global cease-fire and nonviolence.

Jude Law is known for being in such films as "The Talented Mr. Ripley", and "Cold Mountain" Jude Law is helping Gilley produce his second documentary called, "The Day After Peace."

Peace Day was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 2001 after Gilley lobbied for it, which he shows in his other documentary film "Peace One Day"

Law and Gilley arrive in Kabul on Sunday and are planning to meet President Gamid Karzai, U.N. officials, and other members of the aid community.

Hulk Hogan Worth $32 Million?

As the divorce is proceeding between Hulk Hogan, originally named Terry Bollea, and his estranged wife, Terry Bollea, he had to claim his official net worth. He states it's at $32 million while his wife says it's $26.7 million.

Linda Bollea says that she's spending about $7,000 on clothing, $7,500 on maid service and about $1,700 on jewelery each month. Hulk Hogan says that he's also spending $38,000 a month on legal fees.

Their son, Nick Hogan is spending time in jail on an eight month sentence for causing a traffic accident that left a passenger permanently disabled.

Jodie Foster And Anne Hathaway Set To Voice Characters On Simpsons

The Simpsons has found two new celebrities to do voices in their show for an episode in 2009. Jodie Foster will appear in an episode called Four Great Women and A Manicure where she will voice an adult-version of the Simpsons youngest daughter, Maggie. This episode will be the first time that Maggie has ever spoken proper english in the show. In one episode she said 'Daddy'.

Anne Hathaway will be voicing a girl that Bart Simpson falls in loves with, and he attempts to change his evil ways in order to woo her in an episode called, 'The Good, The Sad, and the Drugly.'

Lindsay Lohan Strips For $700,000 For Playboy

Lindsay Lohan has been approached by Playboy for a $700,000 photo opportunity. She would be posing on the cover of Playboy's 55th anniversery issue in January. The theme for the proposed layout was based on “Kitten With a Whip,” which starred Ann-Margret, and is Lohan’s favorite film. But, as Lohan’s rep pointed out, there wasn’t any nudity in that film either.

Lohan declined their offer though she was flattered by it, but she feels that at this point in her career she doesn't feel the need to take her clothes off.

Britney Spears To Kick Off MTV Music Awards

Since Britney's time done in jail, to her time done with all of her power over her money and herself being stripped away by the legal system, Britney Spears has been making strides to normalness.

Now she's going to be making her first debut since her lackluster performance at her last rewards show, where and overweight and terrible lip syncing Britney gyrates her jelly rolls to the music, but since then she's gotten better, and has lost some weight. She's going to be kicking off the MTV Music Awards, she says "MTV has long played an important role in my career. How can I not be there to kick off their 25th VMAs?" Spears tells PEOPLE in a statement. "I'm excited to open the entire show, to say hi to my fans and to be nominated."

Noone knows what she has planned yet, but she can't wait for it to happen.

Movie Trailer Voiceover Master Dies at 68

The infamous voice master, Don LaFontaine, has died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. He was most known for several movie trailer phases such as: "In a world...". Over his career he has worked in several different movies, even several different broadcasting networks throughout his career. Much of his work has also been parodied by comedians and internet users everywhere.

His death was due to complications from pneumothorax, which is a collapsed lung that causes air to build up in the pleural cavity.

His favorite work was what he did in the 1980s movie, "The Elephant Man".

If you've been keeping up with the times, and news you'd know that David Duchovny was recently admitted into rehab for a sexual addiction. And now that the rumor mill has been gaining momentum, according to several people, his admittanced to rehab was due to a side effect of his addiction which includes an extramarital affair, and that David Duchovny is going to rehab to save the last bit of his marriage he still had.

Too bad his wife, Tea Leoni, has been aware of his sex addiction of sometime, and only now has it recently gotten bad enough that he needs treatment, not because of an extramarital affair with his female tennis instructor, like many others say.

She claims she was never did it alot, but enjoyed it doing it a little bit at parties. It was fine until they caught Klaus Barbie, the Butcher of Lyon, who was a Nazi war criminal that was hiding in South American and living off the money he earned from being a cocaine baron.

Charlie Sheen on his baby

Charlie and Brooke Sheen are probably going to be the parents of a baby boy, according to Charlie.

He says that that it's 100%, because "Charlie's three other children (Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, with ex-wife Denise Richards, and Cassandra, 23, with ex-girlfriend Paula Profitt) are all girls."

P. Diddy Grounded

Fuel prices have kept Diddy on the ground instead of flying in his private jets.

Sean "Diddy" Combs complained about the "... too high" price of gas and pleaded for free oil from his "Saudi Arabia brothers and sisters" in a YouTube video posted Wednesday.

The hip-hop mogul said he is now flying on commercial airlines instead of in private jets, which Combs said had previously cost him $200,000 and up for a roundtrip between New York and Los Angeles.

"I'm actually flying commercial," Diddy said before walking onto an airplane, sitting in a first-class seat and flashing his boarding pass to the camera. "That's how high gas prices are. I'm at the gate right now. This is really happening, proof gas prices are too high. Tell whoever the next president is we need to bring gas prices down."
